You say that you’ve checked the Boundaries, but what about the Boundary Groups? Opens accm new window. I would grab the IP address of a client that is stuck and ensure its subnet is included in the boundary. Clienr check the logs to ensure the client and see the DP to grab the content.

It is obviously getting the showng but if it cannot see the DP then it cannot download the content causing “in progress” to get stuck. Make sure that the Bios scc, is correctly set on the client. We had an issue similar to this earlier this year. Noticed the scdm was out of sync and we fixed it and worked.
