I am having a really annoying problem with my windows form project in visual studios on windows So I saved a windows form project onto dropbox and I was using it back and forth between my windows 7 laptop and windows 10 pc.

But now suddenly my windows 10 pc can’t run the program at all since it is throwing strange errors about access denied with the exe out of nowhere and cleaning, rebuilding, and even restarting my computer aren’t fixing the problem.

I am getting a few errors, the first is sometimes when I debug the program I get ” Error while trying to run project: Could not load file or assembly ‘project name’ or one of its dependencies. Access is denied. I’ve tried looking into user permissions and I have full access to it. It also was not letting me move the. I’ve tried running VS as admin and running as the main super admin account on my computer still to no avail.

I’ve also checked the pagefile to see if it’s not giving enough resources but it’s set to automatic so it should be fine. Here’s some screen shots of the main errors I see. Also it’s working fine right now on my windows 7 laptop and I just restarted my windows 10 pc in safe mode and ran the project and it gave no errors and ran fine, so the only way I managed to run the project was in safe mode. It’s only this one project that is causing problems on my windows 10 pc so I’m not sure what I can do at this point.
