Help please? Oddly, this is not the only PC with this issue as I’ve checked others. That would make sense if there’s a GPO causing this and it’s only applied to some of your machines.

That could be an older GPO that no longer exists. It may have altered the local registry on the PCs in question. I actually ran into just this issue yesterday where one out of approximately 30 computers wouldn’t let me enable Remote Desktop with the same message you see.

And we have no GPOs to prevent it. Check for malware. There are plenty of Bluekeep style pieces of malware around that may have added policy entries that appear to act like defunct GPO. This is the correct registry key in that case. If you find that the fDenyTSConnections is present and set to 1 it is possible that something did that on purpose or maliciously.
